Our CMS was developed by our own team of programmers, and is infinitely expandable. The Concept:
Select a team or person to manage the development of your website - you will need to identify an individual or representative group within your organization to make decisions about your website.
Identify the goals that your website is intended to serve.
This will help you assess the scope, complexity, and cost of your website. You need to be able to answer the question: "Why do you want a website?" For many people, the compelling reason seems to be "because everyone else has one." Define what you hope to achieve from your web site before you plunge into the design phase. Many web sites are intended primarily as advertising. Do you plan to actually do business over the Net? Take orders and close sales? This will require a more sophisticated site, and security will be an issue. Will you use your web site for ongoing customer service and support? Do you have PR concerns that need to be addressed? What about long-term plans? Will you eventually require an Intranet (web site internal to your organization)?
We look at Search Engine Optimisation at this stage as this is directly related to your goals and the end results you wish to achieve.
Select an available domain name for your site and register it - you can check domain names for availability, and register your domain name in the web hosting area of our website. (this is a secure server area)
Choose a web hosting company - we offer competitive web hosting services and are able to meet your web hosting requirements.
Determine the basic architecture and organisation of your site - these should be selected to serve the intended purpose of the site.
At this point we now look at whether you want a traditional website or if you want features such as a Content Management System, Shopping Cart, SSL Certification and any areas you may need for seamless and cost effective solutions.
The Design:
Choose the design elements that control the look of your site, including common theme elements, page layout, color scheme, etc.
Select a navigation system- the component of the site that provides a user interface for moving around the site and finding what is desired.
Determine the content of your website- what actually goes onto the website, how it is said and what supporting graphic or other media are included.
The Reality:
Construct the website- Exclusive Web Services combine the Concept and Design by programming and scripting the pages of your site.
Search Engine Optimisation - Here is where we optimise the website and ensure that it meets Google AU/NZ, NineMSN and Yahoo AU/NZ specifications.

If your site is geographically significant or you wish to optimise your site for other search engine specific to a country, please let us know in the Concept stage.
Stage One - Testing
Before you site goes live to the general public, we test your site in all manner of accepted default browser conditions, and check that all components are fully functional and working.
We submit your site to a select panel who have volunteered their time to assess the end user experience of your site to ensure the usablity of your site.
If you have opted for a Content Management System, we now take the time to train you, or your staff free of charge and ensure that everyone is happy with the end result. Only then do we publish your site.
Publish the website- the completed website is made available to the Internet public by placing it on a web server at an address tied to the domain name you have selected for your site.
Stage Two - Testing
We double check the whole site for any transfer issues from the temporary server environment. This is done after business hours so as not to affect the normal flow of your business through the day.
Promote the website- index the website on search engines and directories, set up links from related sites, and market your site, so it can easily be found and accessed by your intended audience.
So with the combination of Concept, Design and Reality in place, we then maintain and monitor your sites progress and remain in close contact with you and your business for as long as you are our client.
